Meizu just unveiled company’s two new smartphones at an event in China, Meizu Pro 6 Plus and Meizu M3X. Both the phones come with Sony’s camera sensor and Flyme 6.0 OS.
As for the features and specs of Meizu Pro 6 Plus, the handset provides a metal body and 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with QHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels) that is protected by Corning Gorilla glass 4. The display comes with 0.53mm narrow bezels and 3D Press. The device offers a 12-megapixel of primary camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, pixel size of 1.25μm, optical image stabilization, dual-tone 10-LED ring flash, phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and laser auto focus. On the front side, it packs a 5-megapixel of front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The metal unibody design Meizu Pro 6 Plus also offers a fingerprint sensor (mTouch 2.1) embedded into the home button to quickly unlock your phone within just 0.15 seconds and a heart rate sensor as well. Under the hood, the handset is powered by 2.3 / 2GHz Octa-Core Exynos 8890 processor along with Mali-T880 MP10 GPU and 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. In the terms of internal storage, you get either 64GB or 128GB of memory.
Other options include 4G VoLTE , 3G, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB 3.1 Type-C, NFC and 3.5mm audio jack . It measures 155.6 × 77.3 x 7.3mm and weight around 158grammes. The phone is packed with a 3400mAh battery with mCharge 3.0 24W fast charging that can charge your phone up to 40% in 30 minutes.

Meizu Pro 6 Plus is available in Champagne Gold, Sky Grey and Moonlight Silver colour variants. It has been priced at 2999 yuan (approx US$ 435 / Rs. 29,900) for the 64GB of internal storage model and 3299 yuan (approx US$ 479 / Rs. 32,850) for the 128GB of internal memory variants. Meizu M3X specs and features, it is slightly smaller than Meizu Pro 6 Plus, has a 5.5-inch full-HD LCD 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The phone runs Flyme 6.0 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) Operating System out of the box. It a has 12-megapixel of rear camera featuring Sony IMX386 sensor, 6P lenses, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and dual tone LED Flash while the front facing camera is a 5-megapixel with f/2.0 aperture.
As far as hardware is concerned, it is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P20 processor clocked at 2.3GHz Octa-core CPU and Mali T880 GPU. The device comes in two variants – 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal storage. Other notable features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 , GPS, USB Type-C and 3.5mm audio jack.
The phone also features a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button. The company incorporates a 3200mAh battery with fast charging supports that charge your phone up to 40% within 30 minutes.

It carries a price tag of 1699 yuan (approx US$ 247 / Rs. 16900) for the 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage and 1999 yuan (approx US$ 290 / Rs. 19,900) for the 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. Now, the device is available for order and the sale starting from December 8th.
