Moto G Pure and Moto E40 Launched | Specifications and Pricing Details

Ahead of India’s launching schedule, the Moto company has released Moto E40 in Europe. The company has also launched a new smartphone in the US, called Moto G Pure. Both the devices feature a 6.5-inch display and a fingerprint scanner on the back penal. The Moto G Pure comes with a MediaTek Helio G25 SoC while the E40 provides a Unisoc T700 chipset.

Moto G Pure and Moto E4 Price, Availability

The Moto G Pure carries a price tag of $150 (approximately Rs. 12,000) for the lone 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage variant in the US. The phone will go on sale on Verizon from October 14. The unlocked variant is up for pre-order on Best Buy, Amazon, Motorola.com, Walmart, and B&H Photo. It is available in a Deep Indigo color variant.

The Moto E40 has been priced at € 149 (approximately Rs. 12,900) for the 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage model. The company has provided two color options, i.e. Charcoal Gray and Clay Pink. So far, the availability details have not been revealed by the company. However, the Moto E40 will debut in India on October 12 and will go on sale via Flipkart.

Speaking about Moto G Pure specifications and features, the G Pure brings a waterdrop cut on the display. The screen size is 6.5-inch that comes with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 SoC paired with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The device has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, users can expand its storage capacity via a microSD card (up to 512GB).

The G Pure has a dual-rear camera module that houses a 13MP main camera with an f/2.2 lens and a 2MP secondary depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, it brings a 5MP camera with an f/2.4 lens. The smartphone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery that supports 10W fast charging technology. It also has a fingerprint scanner which is embedded into the back penal.

The Moto E40 specs, it is equipped with a triple rear camera setup. The sensors are a 48MP primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens, a 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The handset features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. The Moto E40 is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

In terms of the Moto E40 processor, the device comes with a Unisoc T700 chipset alongside Mali G52 GPU. The company has offered a 5,000mAh battery on the phone. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor to unlock the device.

Both the handsets run on Android 11 Operating System. They include 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth v5, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Moreover, the Moto G Pure has an IP52 rated build quality.
