Oppo K9 Pro goes official in China. The key highlights are an octa-core MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 SoC, a 120Hz AMOLED Display, 64MP triple rear cameras and 60W fast charging support.
The Chinese tech company Oppo held a launch event in China and announced a new smartphone for the Chinese market, called Oppo K9 Pro which comes with Android 11 based ColorOS 11.3 Operating System. Oppo K9 Pro Price and Availablity
The Oppo K9 Pro has arrived in two variants, 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. The 8GB RAM model price is set at CNY 2,199 (approximately Rs. 25,100) but will be sold for CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 22,800) and the 12GB RAM model carries a price tag of CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 30,800) but will be sold for CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 28,500) for early buy users. The phone will be available to purchase starting September 30. The K9 Pro comes in Glacier Overture, Obsidian Warrior, and Neo Silver Sea color options.
As for specifications and features, the K9 Pro offers a 120Hz AMOLED display with a 180Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10, and DCI-P3 Wide Color Gamut. The Oppo K9 Pro has a 6.43-inch FHD+ display that delivers a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. There is also a punch-hole on the screen for the selfie camera. It also brings an under-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature.

Unfortunately, there is no memory expansion feature. The dual-5G-SIM supporting smartphone runs on an Android-based Color0S 11.3 Operating System out of the box. The connectivity features include dual-SIM 5G support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
The phone is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 60W Flash Charge support. It can charge Oppo K9 Pro 50% within 16 minutes. On the camera front, it features a triple rear camera setup that houses a 64MP primary camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. On the front side, it gets a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calling.
