Poco X5 5G has been launched in India as a mid-range 5G enable smartphone. The device’s key highlights are an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, a 48MP triple rear camera setup, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The Poco X5 5G also gets a 6.67-inch 120Hz display and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Poco X5 5G Price in India, and Availability
The phone has been priced in India at Rs. 19,999 for the base 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage model. The 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage model comes at Rs. 20,999. Poco X5 5G will go on sale in India exclusively via Flipkart from March 21. It is available in three color options, i.e. Supernova Green, Wildcat Blue, and Jaguar Black.
The smartphone has arrived with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200nits of peak brightness. It carries 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The display also has a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Moving to the software, the Poco X5 5G runs on Android 12-based MIUI 13 out of the box.

Under the hood, Poco X5 5G comes equipped with a triple camera setup on the back that includes a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 lens, and a 2MP macro sensor with an f/2.4 lens. In terms of front camera, the handset offers a 13MP sensor with an f/2.45 lens for selfies and video calling.
Coming to memory and storage, it comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. Furthermore, users can expand its storage capacity via a microSD card (up to 1TB). For security, there’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and AI Face unlock feature as well.
The Poco X5 5G packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging technology. The device comes with Bluetooth v5.1, Dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
