Sony Xperia XA1 with 23MP Camera and Helio P20 Launched at Rs. 19,990

After the launching of top-end specs phone Sony’s “Xperia XZs”, the company has launched its latest mid-range smartphone, Xperia XA1 for the Indian market which is the successor to the last year’s Xperia XA. The phone has been priced at Rs. 19,990, available in all sony centers across the country. The Sony Xperia XA1 has lots of distinctive features – the edge-to-edge borderless display, 23-megapixel of rear camera, and more. The phone is available in White, Black, and Pink color variants.

Display of the Xperia XA1 is a 5-inches that carries a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, featuring an edge-to-edge borderless display with Image Enhance Technology protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. As for the design, it looks like Sony’s older phone that has characteristic silver round power button on the right side and Aluminum frame. Inside the phone, it is powered by a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 64-bit 16nm processor along with Mali T880 MP2 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The dual SIM supporting handset run on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

Coming to the cameras, it sports a 23-megapixel of rear camera with Exmor RS image sensor with hybrid autofocus, 24mm wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture and HDR mode. On the front side, there is an 8-megapixel of secondary camera with the wide-angle lens which is capable of 1080p of video recording. The company incorporates a 2300mAh battery for the handset with Qnovo Adaptive Charging and Pump Express Plus 2.0 fast charging technology.

Other notable features, it includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, WiFi 820.11 a/b/g/n , Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, there is also a fingerprint sensor. Users get a 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card up to 256GB. The device measures 145 x 67 x 8mm and weight around 143grams.
