Under the hood, the handset launches with a 3nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor equipped with Adreno 640 GPU and up to 24GB of LPDDR5x Ultra Pro RAM. There’s also iQOO’s ICE Dome Cooling System that features an 8,000sq mm heat dissipation plate and active cooling fan to control the phone’s temperature. As for software, the dual-SIM supporting smartphone ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box.
In terms of storage capacity, the handset comes with up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The iQOO 15 Ultra packs a 7,400mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support. The smartphone offers Bluetooth v5.4, a USB Type-C, Wi-Fi 7, GPS and NFC connectivity features.
