Motorola launched the Moto Edge 70 in select global markets earlier this month. The latest edition to the Edge series comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, a 6.67-inch pOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, and a 4,800mAh battery with 68W fast charging support. Apart from the specs and features, the company also offers a set of built-in stock wallpapers to customise its display.

Let’s take a look at its specs and features, the dual-SIM supporting smartphone offers a 6.67-inch pOLED Super HD display with a resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels and up to 120Hz refresh rate. It also features up to 300Hz touch sampling rate, up to 4,500nits of peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. In terms of software, the Moto Edge 70 runs on Android 16 out of the box.

Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC along with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The phone provides an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature as well. The Moto Edge 70 comes with Motorola’s ThinksSheild security and has an aircraft-grade aluminium build with MIL-STD-810H durability certification.
In the photography department, the handset arrives with a triple camera sensor on the back that houses a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a dedicated 3-in-1 light sensor. On the front side, there’s a 50MP sensor for selfies and video calling. The Moto Edge 70 gets an IP68+IP69 rating certification for water and dust resistance.
The device has dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos sound support. Connectivity options are 5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 6E, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, and proximity sensor. The Edge 70 is backed by a 4,800mAh Silicon-Carbon battery with support for 68W wired fast charging technology.
