The new series has two smartphones – iQoo Neo 8, and iQoo Neo 8 Pro. Both the smartphones come with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 5,000mAh battery. The vanilla Neo 8 variant is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC while the Pro model has a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC. Both handsets are paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

In the camera department, the iQoo Neo 8 sports a 50MP primary sensor on the back with a 2MP bokeh secondary sensor whereas the Pro model has offered a 50MP Sony IMX866V main sensor on the back coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. As mentioned above, they are equipped with a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Both phones have a USB Type-C port.
The iQoo Neo 8 series smartphones come loaded with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging technology. They have provided an under-display fingerprint sensor to unlock the device. Other notable features include Wi-Fi 7, GPS, Bluetooth v5.3, and NFC.
