OnePlus 10T has a dual-SIM slot with 5G connectivity. The company has offered a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Fluid AMOLED display on the OnePlus 10T with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels. The display is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It features up to 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and up to 950nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC along with Adreno 730 GPU.

The OnePlus 10T 5G is available in three variants – 8GB+128GB, 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB. OnePlus has equipped a 4,800mAh dual-cell battery on the phone that supports 150W SuperVOOC charging. However, the phone comes with a 160W SuperVOOC power adaptor in the box. It can charge the smartphone from zero to 100 percent in 19 minutes. Sensors are an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
In the camera department, the OnePlus 10T sports a triple rear camera setup on the backside. The primary sensor has a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor which comes with an f/1.8 lens and optical image stabilization. The setup also has an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter with an f/2.2 lens and a field-of-view of 119.9 degrees. The third sensor is a 2MP macro camera. Moving to the front side, there’s a 16MP camera sensor with an f/2.4 lens, for selfies and video calling.
Other notable features are Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, NFC, and Wi-Fi 6. The phone has provided a USB Type-C port to connect to the charger. Unfortunately, the 3.5mm headphone jack is missing. The 10T 5G offers dual stereo speakers paired with Dolby Atmos sound. For security, it brings an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature as well. Further, it measures 163 x 75.37 x 8.75mm and weighs 203 grams.
