In terms of operating system, the handset ships with Android 16-based HyperOS 3. The Poco F9 Ultra provides up to 16GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v6, NFC and a USB Type-C port. The device supports a 3D in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
As for optics, it sports a triple-camera setup on the back that includes a 200MP primary camera with Optical Image Stablisation, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 50MP periscope telephoto sensor.
