As we know, the Honor Play 40 was introduced last year, and a year later, now the company has unveiled its next generation in the Chinese market called the Honor Play 50 Plus. Honor Play 50 Plus Price
The device comes in four colors, i.e. Magic Night Black, Mo Yuqing (Green), Star Purple, and Streaming Silver. The 12GB RAM with 256GB storage model priced at CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs. 16,120/$195) which is already available for purchase through Honor’s official website in China. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model’s price is yet to be revealed.
Let’s see the specs and features, the Honor Play 50 Plus (model number CLK-AN00) features a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It offers a 90Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and up to 850nits of peak brightness. The smartphone has a punch-hole cutout on the front panel. Furthermore, the Play 50 Plus is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

On the SoC front, the Honor Play 50 Plus comes with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor along with Arm Mali G57 MC2 GPU. It offers up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The storage capacity is further expandable via a microSD card. Moving to the Operating System, it comes pre-installed with the MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13.
The device is powered by a 6,000mAh battery that supports 35W fast charging technology. On the back, the panel has provided a dual-rear camera setup that houses a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary depth sensor. There’s also an LED flash. Talking about front camera, the company includes an 8MP sensor for selfies and video calling.
The Honor Play 50 Plus has dual speakers with Hi-Res audio support. Other notable features are Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, a USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Besides, the smartphone measures 166.7 x 76.5 x 8.24mm and weighs around 199 grams.
