iQOO has officially launched its latest iQOO Z11S in China alongside the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra. The new mid-range smartphone offers a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 10,000mAh battery. It arrives with a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 processor and up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The iQOO Z11S has an IP68+IP69 rating and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
iQOO Z11S Price and Availability
The iQOO Z11S price in China starts at Yuan 1,999 (approximately Rs. 20,400) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage models cost Yuan 2,199 (approximately Rs. 31,200) and Yuan 2,499 (approximately Rs. 35,500), respectively. The top-end model brings 12GB RAM with 512GB internal storage that has been priced at Yuan 2,899 (approximately Rs. 41,200). The smartphone is now available for purchase in China through the Vivo official e-store.
The handset comes in three color options, i.e. Snow White, Dark Rock Black and Floating Light.
The iQOO Z11S offers a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR, and up to 300Hz touch sampling rate. The screen carries a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels. In the Operating System department, the dual-SIM supporting handset runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6. The iQOO Z11S comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

Under the hood, the iQOO Z11S is powered by an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Full-Power Version chipset clubbed with a Mali G625 GPU. Furthermore, the smartphone has offered up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage. For durability, the Z11S gets IP68 and IP69-rated certifications for water and dust resistance.
On the camera front, it launches with a dual-camera setup on the backside that includes a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation and an f/1.8 lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 lens. As for the front camera, the device has an 8MP front sensor with an f/2.05 lens. Speaking about battery, it is backed by a 10,000mAh battery with 44W wired fast charging support.
